Lida: January 16

IMG_1892One of the greatest things about our class improving is that we have visible evidence of English acquisition.

One of the saddest things about our class improving is that I miss out when Lida comes sometimes. I’m over helping Kevin. I get to reconnect with students who have moved on, but I am missing out on movement.

I would like to tell you what has happened in these pictures and videos, but I don’t really know. But it looks like a lot of fun.

They worked on movements: turn, sharp, push, pull.

They worked on getting from one place to another (by hopping backward, apparently!).

And from the looks of the pictures, they worked on smooth and rough.

Take a look and be sad with me, that I couldn’t be there to laugh, too!
